1. Deposits must be received within 4 days of party booking. Deposits are non-refundable

2. Client must provide a Smoke-Free environment ~ No exceptions.

3. Party Pricing is based on RSVP's received by ONE week prior to the party date.

4. We will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings, as we prepare our parties based on the invitation list only. No additional guests 4 days prior to party date.

5. We do suggest that the girls wear a leotard or bathing suit underneath their clothing and tights in cold weather.

6. Behavioral problems are the responsibility of the client.

7. Cupcakes & Tea, Inc. assumes NO responsibility or liability for accidents or damages.
